If you use mailto links or your email client to contact us, your message and email address are handled by your provider and ours. We receive what you send.
If you request the playbook through our form, we ask for a work email address. The form is submitted to a third-party form processor (FormSubmit) so we can receive and respond to your request. That processor may log technical data consistent with their service (for example IP address or submission metadata) as described in their documentation.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the playbook form to reduce automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical data needed to run that check, as described in Cloudflare’s policies.
Email and operational retention depend on our mailbox and service providers. We do not use this marketing site to maintain a customer database beyond what email and FormSubmit naturally retain.
Service providers involved in operating this site may include hosting (for example Vercel), email routing, FormSubmit, Cloudflare (Turnstile), and font delivery (Google Fonts). Their processing is governed by their terms and privacy notices.
