Privacy

This page describes how TRACE Strategies, LLC ("TRACE," "we," "us"), a North Carolina limited liability company, handles information collected through this website (tracestrategies.com). It is a practical summary for visitors and prospective clients. It is not legal advice; consult qualified counsel for your situation.

Where your information goes

When you submit a form on this Site (the FREE Operations Audit Workbook, the discovery qualifier, or the contact form), your submission is processed by our service providers and delivered to us at connect@tracestrategies.com. We rely on established third-party providers, each of which processes data only on our behalf and under its own terms and security commitments:

  • Vercel: website hosting and content delivery.
  • Resend: transactional email delivery (for example, emailing you a copy of your FREE Operations Audit Workbook).
  • HubSpot: contact management (CRM), where we store your contact details and form responses to follow up.
  • Cloudflare: bot protection on forms.
  • Calendly: scheduling, if you book a call.
  • Google Fonts: web fonts.

We do not sell your information.

What we collect

FREE Operations Audit Workbook. Your email address (required) and, optionally, your name, together with the answers you choose to submit. Your answers are also saved in your own browser as you work (local storage) so you don't lose progress; submitting emails you a copy and sends your responses to us. You can clear the local copy anytime using the "Clear my answers" control on the page.

Discovery qualifier. Your answers to the questions and, if you provide it, your email. If you're invited to schedule, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the booking details under its own terms and privacy notice.

Contact form. Your name, email, optional company name, the topic you select, and your message.

Bot protection & analytics. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on forms to reduce automated abuse, which processes limited technical data to run that check. Site analytics use Plausible, which is privacy-respecting and does not use cookies or collect personal information. There is no cross-site advertising tracking on this Site.

How we use information

  • To email you a copy of your FREE Operations Audit Workbook and respond to your request.
  • To route the discovery qualifier and follow up at the email you provide, if any.
  • To understand the needs of the businesses we serve, improve our services, and determine relevant follow-up.
  • To operate and protect the Site (spam and abuse prevention, hosting logs) and understand aggregate usage.

Retention

We retain form submissions, including FREE Operations Audit Workbook responses, and the related contact record on an ongoing basis so we can follow up and improve what we offer. You can delete your submission and contact record yourself, anytime, from our self-serve deletion page. We email you a confirmation link and erase your record as soon as you confirm. You can also email connect@tracestrategies.com with "Delete my data" in the subject. Either way it's removed within 7 days at the latest, except where we're required to keep limited records by law.

Sale / sharing of personal information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use service providers who process data on our behalf under their agreements and policies.

Your choices by region
